Because every title is delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. We do want you to be happy, so please read the free preview before you buy.
When we do refund
If a title fails to open, arrives damaged or incomplete, was charged twice, or is clearly not the book described on its page, we will refund it in full.
How to ask
Write to andelisiabooks@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with the email on your account and the title. We reply within two working days.
How long it takes
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
